“And it came to pass”, the Bible says,
It is repeated often, I did find.
It stands for a certain period
Bringing the changes that God had in mind.
The phrase just says, “And it came to pass”,
So whatever had been, had changed.
The situation God had allowed
He did somehow rearrange.
We have many problems in this life
But they are never here to stay.
And I have found, in the course of time,
All those problems have passed away.
No matter how bad I am feeling
Or whatever the bad circumstance,
Someday that problem will disappear
Then I will say, “And it came to pass!”.
